After Hours Emergency

In case of an after-hours dental emergency, please call 02 98071682 and leave a message with your full name and mobile or landline number.  We will get back to you on the next working day. You can also book an appointment by clicking on the ‘Book Now‘ tab.

In case of an emergency during the holidays, our Dentist will give you a call back and assess you on the phone.  They will either book you an appointment or in case you need emergency treatment we will redirect you Emergency Dental care available in your area.

Alternatively, if the pain is severe or there is bleeding and broken teeth and you cannot wait for us to see you, please see your nearest medical emergency centre or emergency department at a hospital.

We Respect Your Privacy

In order to provide you with the highest standard of dental care, this practice is required to collect personal information from you. This information covers basic details such as your name, address, telephone number but it is also necessary for the dentist to obtain from you details regarding your general health and past medical or surgical events. We have an ethical obligation to keep this information confidential, which we adhere to at all times.

You may at any time request access to records and information related to you. We generally do not charge an administration fee.

Please request access in writing (the completed record request form) from new dentist.

Payment & Claims

We are committed to providing high quality and reasonably priced dental care to the community.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTOPS, Amex, cash.

All Health Funds are accepted. We can claim all Health Funds on the spot using HICAPS. The gap between your dental fee and the rebate received may be considerable. We are NOT a No Gap dental clinic. There will be a gap fee.  Some of the eligible Health Funds.

Child Dental Benefit Scheme is available for eligible children up to 17 yrs of age. We need your Medicare number to check if you are eligible and if any funds available. PLEASE CHECK IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE UNDER CDBS SCHEME before your appointment.
