Professional Staff
Dr Sumathi Mani is a dental graduate of the University of Sydney and has been in private practice for over 17 years. She has worked in Elite Dental initially as an associate and now as the practice principal since 1995. Dr Mani has postgraduate training and experience in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics (root canal treatment) and orthodontics (braces). She was a clinical associate with the University of Sydney Dental Faculty, teaching undergraduate dental students. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Endodontic Society and the Hills Dental Study Group.
Sumathi is the Visitiing Dental Officer to the Royal Rehabilitation Centre, Sydney where she sees patients with severe physical /mental disabilities and limited mobility, who are primarily in the Brain Injury ,Spinal Injury ,Weemala, Coorabel and Dixson Units.
Dr Sumathi Mani participates and supports the local community, public schools and day-care centres either by sponsoring their fundraising or advertising. She is a member of the West Ryde Chamber of Commerce. She was involved with the Local Scout Group where she lives and was a Joey Scout Leader for 3 years. Her hobbies include reading, walking, listening to Music and enjoying every free moment with her family.
Dr Sumathi Mani believes that her practice provides a warm, friendly, innovative and professional environment to all her patients.
Dr Peta Coulter is a graduate of University of Sydney with First Class Honours. She has also completed the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS). She has experience in private practice covering all aspects of dentistry.
Peta has a keen interest in Periodontics and Children's Dentistry.
Peta is a Member of the Australia Dental Association and the Australian and New Zealand Association of Paediatric Dentistry.
Dr Meredith Owen received her dental degree from the University of Sydney. She graduated with honours and received both the Henry Bruce Maxwell Restorative Dentistry prize and the University of Sydney Academic Merit scholarship.
During her time as a student Meredith served as Treasurer of the ADSA (Australian Dental Students Association) and was President of the SUDUA (Sydney University Dental Undergraduates Association) in her senior year.
Meredith enjoys all aspects of clinical dentistry but also has a passion for teaching. She currently tutors undergraduate dental students for the University of Sydney Faculty of Dentistry at the Sydney Dental Hospital.
Meredith is a member of the ADA (Australian Dental Association).
In her spare time she enjoys running, sailing and playing basketball.

Dr Lee Wareham is a graduate of University of Sydney with second class honours. She has worked in the field of general dentistry since graduation in 1991.
She has particular interest in endodontics, periodontics and preventative dentistry. She believes that the best dentistry is achieved when patients are able to participate in excellent home care and dental health is maintained with minimal intervention.
Lee is a member of the Australian Dental Association. She enjoys classical music, gardening and reading. She loves spending time with her immediate and extended family members.
